Offer Acceptance Rate

Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of offers accepted.

Formula

Acceptance Rate = Offers accepted / Offers extended × 100

Computable definition

The canonical formula in the GASP formula grammar. The MCP server compiles it to SQL over the datasets listed below.

count(field.requisition_id where field.offer_status = 'accepted') / count(field.requisition_id where field.offer_status in ('accepted', 'declined'))

Unit: percent (the formula yields an unscaled ratio)

Notes: One row per offer extended.

Data requirements

Grain: Per event · Frequency: Per hire · Aggregation: event · Staged: no · Main source: ATS.

Field Dataset Type
offer_status requisition string
requisition_id requisition string
snapshot_date requisition date
Example SQL (Postgres)
SELECT (CAST((SELECT COUNT(requisition_id) FROM requisition WHERE snapshot_date = :period_end AND offer_status = 'accepted') AS DOUBLE PRECISION) / NULLIF((SELECT COUNT(requisition_id) FROM requisition WHERE snapshot_date = :period_end AND offer_status IN ('accepted', 'declined')), 0)) AS offer_acceptance_rate

From an agent: with the GASP MCP server, call lookup_metric({ "name": "Offer Acceptance Rate" }) or generate_query({ "metric": "Offer Acceptance Rate", "adapter": "<your adapter JSON>" }).

Benchmarks
