GASP
Onboarding Completion Metrics Operational

On-Time Completion Rate

On-Time Completion Rate: Percentage of customers completing onboarding within target timeframe.

Formula

On-Time Rate = Customers completing on time / Total customers completing × 100

Computable definition

The canonical formula in the GASP formula grammar. The MCP server compiles it to SQL over the datasets listed below.

count_distinct(field.onboarding_id where in_period(field.onboarding_completion_date) and field.onboarding_completion_date <= field.target_date) / count_distinct(field.onboarding_id where in_period(field.onboarding_completion_date))

Unit: percent (the formula yields an unscaled ratio)

Data requirements

Grain: Per event, aggregate monthly · Frequency: Daily · Aggregation: aggregate (month) · Staged: no · Main source: CS Platform.

Field Dataset Type
onboarding_completion_date onboarding date
onboarding_id onboarding string
snapshot_date onboarding date
target_date onboarding date
Example SQL (Postgres)
SELECT (CAST((SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT onboarding_id) FROM onboarding WHERE snapshot_date = :period_end AND ((onboarding_completion_date >= :period_start AND onboarding_completion_date <= :period_end) AND onboarding_completion_date <= target_date)) AS DOUBLE PRECISION) / NULLIF((SELECT COUNT(DISTINCT onboarding_id) FROM onboarding WHERE snapshot_date = :period_end AND (onboarding_completion_date >= :period_start AND onboarding_completion_date <= :period_end)), 0)) AS on_time_completion_rate

From an agent: with the GASP MCP server, call lookup_metric({ "name": "On-Time Completion Rate" }) or generate_query({ "metric": "On-Time Completion Rate", "adapter": "<your adapter JSON>" }).
