Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Completion Rate

Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Completion Rate: The percentage of eligible accounts that completed a QBR.

Also known as: QBR

Formula

QBR Completion = Accounts with a completed QBR / Accounts due a QBR × 100

Computable definition

The canonical formula in the GASP formula grammar. The MCP server compiles it to SQL over the datasets listed below.

count_distinct(field.customer_id where field.qbr_completed = true) / count_distinct(field.customer_id where field.qbr_due = true)

Unit: percent (the formula yields an unscaled ratio)

Notes: Counted per account: customers with a QBR held in the period (qbr_completed) over customers with a QBR due (qbr_due), both on the customer snapshot. customer-success.md defines it over eligible accounts.

Data requirements

Grain: Quarterly snapshot · Frequency: Quarterly · Aggregation: snapshot (quarter) · Staged: no · Main source: CS Platform.
